What's the chatter you hear in your head?


You hear it all the time. And you may not even be aware of it.  It's constantly going on.  You think it's coming from outside you-and in actuality its coming from you--that blah blah blah you hear in your head all the time--so much so you aren't even aware of it.

It's those time when you are thinking about that move that will move you further along on your journey and you hear "You can't do that--you're not good enough".  And you don't take the chance to move forward.

It's when you are in that great relationship and you keep doubting your person when they say "I really care about you" because all you hear is "You don't deserved to be loved."  

It when you are preparing for that big test and don't think you'll ever get it down because all you hear is "You aren't smart enough." 

That blah blah blah is the negative self talk you generate in your subconscious that filters through to your conscious.  It the stuff you've made up about yourself that is holding you back from reaching the fullness of who you were created to be.  

Releasing the trapped emotions around these subconscious thoughts will help you turn off the negative thoughts and start moving into the positive.  That's what I can help you do.
